The CSIC Library and Archive Network regularly carries out satisfaction surveys for both users of its services and its staff.
Quality policy in scientific information and library services has been a core idea of successive CSIC Quality Plans, as reflected in the implementation of these surveys.
The service satisfaction survey is conducted every two years to assess user satisfaction and the level of compliance with commitments outlined in the service charter. Data is available beginning from the first survey in 2012:

The staff satisfaction survey, also biennial, gathers feedback from employees of the Library and Archive Network to support improvement actions.
